The giant Starbucks Reserve roastery in Seattle is fun since you can watch them roast up close.

You can watch them roast in Seattle, deep into 2nd crack. I did enjoy visiting the Seattle Reserve Roastery.

My local Starbucks used to have a clover and I would get incredible coffees from it. Was disappointed when they removed it.

I can see how it would be hit and miss because it was quite labor intensive and required weighing beans and other tasks not accomplished in A Starbucks.
