I've always heard that the actual advantage of the DRM burrs is allowing the flat section of the burrs to have the edge length of a much larger burr set in a small affordable burr. Dennis claims the same sort of advantage in his new Shuriken burrs, though he gets it by curving the edges to increase length.

I know taste in the cup is key but it is also incredibly subjective from person to person and even day to day.
So... any chance we can get some objective data on particle distributions for these heavy hitters. I've seen the Socratic coffee graphs but can't find it for these.

Sorry if I missed it in the videos, but I don't see how you did the actual tasting. Did you do blind testing? We've had these discussions for ages, and I thought most agreed that blind testing was the only way to fairly assess equipment?

No functional way for me to accomplish this blind

In the videos I keep saying "we", but it's all just me

(Shout out to every "no I in team" poster in american schools)

I was at least able to taste all of the stuff in groupings of no fewer than 3 side-by-side

It's perfectly ok. It was pretty clear from start that it wasn't blind, we can all just take this into account while watching your videos.
