Simply add 0.25 milliliters of Barista Carl's Blend to 180 milliliters (6 ounces) of cold water and start steaming! The end result is a non-consumable, textured liquid resembling milk that can be used for training baristas, latte art throw-downs, and practicing at home without wasting a single drop of milk or your preferred dairy substitute! One bottle makes up to 100 practice lattes.

So now you're just wasting a whole bunch of espresso? Or do you intend for someone to drink (what I assume) is a unpleasant concoction.

This is not a coffee substitute, so you're right that it is only half the equation. But it still a big step in the right direction.

If it's not milk or at least a drinkable substitute, then for me it's not of the real world.
I don't see how it's sustainable if it's not drinkable. A milk drink that has poor latté art or no latté art is still at least drinkable as long as it's not a sink shot.
Perhaps this product might have some value in a commercial training course but I would rather much prefer to work with milk that I'll drink.
Cool concept though!

Is the idea that we should be adding some to a cup with dye and then pouring the "milk" on top to practice?
I can't imagine that anyone would be wasting espresso shots to practice latte art.
