I use the Feedly RSS news reader to keep up with new posts on HB. I used to be able to click on a post in the RSS reader and it would take me to the correct post on HB. For the past few days, that no longer works, and I get an error message from HB like this:

Gone
The requested resource
/forums/post833135.html
is no longer available on this server and there is no forwarding address. Please remove all references to this resource.

Did something change in the naming of posts that needs a corresponding change in the RSS feed?

You could use the subscription. You can pick just the forums you wish to follow and it sends you an email summary. Yet another option is unread pro, which offers a lot of filtering options.
